Group Chat of “Marry My Husband” Actors: Lee Yi-kyung Constantly Apologizes?

Park Min-young and Na In-woo, the leading actors of hit K-drama “Marry My Husband”, recently participated in a pictorial for the February issue of fashion magazine Cosmopolitan. The photoshoot was conducted in a couple concept, reminiscent of the two’s chemistry in “Marry My Husband”. The two actors, who professionally posed for the photoshoot with relaxed expressions and attitudes, also received praise from on-site staff.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Marry My Husband” is a series where the female lead travels back in time after witnessing her husband’s affair with her “best friend” and dying. As the episodes progress, the drama has gained popularity with increasing viewership.

After the photoshoot, the two actors shared stories about the drama’s popularity and the warm reactions from the set and staff in an interview.

In particular, Park Min-young said, “We actually have a group chat of actors. We have fun monitoring the filming and sharing opinions there. We compliment each other, saying, ‘You did so well in this scene’ or ‘You look pretty’.”

Meanwhile, Na In-woo expressed, “Whenever Park Min-hwan appears, Lee Yi-kyung would apologize”, adding, “I enjoyed the shoot, and I’m happy that the reactions are good.

Furthermore, the two actors talked about their chemistry, which is as strong as in the drama. Park Min-young complimented Na In-woo, saying, “The more you see In-woo, the more cool points you discover. I’ve never seen a friend like this before”, adding that she often wonders how he can show such deep eyes and energy.

“He is a friend who has the embracing power to comfort everyone, often shows consideration, and sometimes the coolness of organizing things on set as the male lead”, the actress revealed.

On the other hand, Na In-woo mentioned that Park Min-young has a strong sense of responsibility and a leadership style of a captain.

However, the actor also recalled that Park Min-young has a lot of aegyo and can be cute. “She listens well to others’ stories and expresses her thoughts with a clear perspective. That’s the part I really want to learn”, he added.

Finally, the two actors introduced aspects that make the drama more enjoyable.

Na In-woo mentioned, “In this drama, there are many stories unraveled through flashbacks showing events from the past. Thanks to these flashbacks, viewers can empathize more and immerse themselves in the drama. Please love it until the last episode.”

Park Min-young shared, “The message I wanted to convey through this drama is that making a mistake once doesn’t mean it’s the end. I hope people cherish and love themselves more. I’ve learned a lot through this drama.”
