GOT7’s BamBam confesses his view towards marriage, “I don’t want my life to be taken away”

GOT7’s BamBam confirmed he’s single and explained why he is not a fan of marriage. 

In the new episode of SBS’s “Master in the House 2” which aired on January 8th, the topic of marriage and non-marriage was discussed.

GOT7 member BamBam revealed that he is a non-marriageist. “I’m completely single,” BamBam said, “I went through a hard time to get here. I don’t have much time for myself, especially idols are always in hotels, so I don’t  want my life to be taken away by anyone. I want to be happy on my own. I don’t want to live while taking someone else’s feelings into consideration.” 

Lee Dae Ho, a married man, responded that he did not understand, but NCT’s Doyoung and former idol Eun Ji Won both found BamBam’s thoughts relatable.

BamBam continued, “My older brother got married and said he was happy. He has a 3-year-old son. He came to Korea about 3 months ago. I saw him after a while, and I felt sorry for him. His face was not like usual. Should I say he has aged a lot?”
