Actress Goo Hye-sun will continue her journey with her agency IOK Entertainment

IOK Entertainment announced on Dec 20th, “We have renewed the contract with actress Goo Hye-sun, who is loved not only in Korea but also in Asia, including China and Japan.”

Debuting in 2004 with MBC’s sitcom “Nonstop 5”, Goo Hye-sun has been actively involved in various dramas such as “Hearts of Nineteen”, “Boys Over Flowers” and “Blood”.

Beyond her acting career, Goo Hye-sun has showcased her versatility in different fields, including director, painter and writer. At the 25th Bucheon International Animation Festival (BIAF 2023), she garnered attention by unveiling the academic forum catalog design she designed herself.

Goo Hye-sun entered Sungkyunkwan University’s Department of Imaging in 2011, but took a long leave of absence due to her work. She is currently attending school after returning to school in 2020. She is set to graduate next year.

An IOK representative stated, “Actress Goo Hye-sun, who actively engages in various fields such as acting, film directing, painting and writing, will be actively supported to continue her broad range of activities. We ask for continued interest and support for Goo Hye-sun in the future.”
