Go Min Si donated 30 million won for single-parent families.
The International Development Cooperation NGO GFoundation (CEO Park Choong Kwan) announced on May 29th that they received a donation of 30 million won from actress Go Min Si to support the vulnerable.
The donation will be used for support projects for single-parent families as well as Korean children and adolescents who need help due to financial difficulties.
In particular, actress Go Min Si once donated to GFoundation to help single parents in May 2020.
Actress Go Min Si said, “May is a month with deep meaning to me. I wanted to share the love I received from my fans, so I donated for children, adolescents and single-parent families. I hope that a message of hope will be delivered to people in need, and I’ll always pray for them to stay strong.“
Jung Eun Hye, head of the GFoundation, said, “We would like to thank actress Go Min Si for sharing her warm heart for people in need. GFoundation will work hard to comfort the pain of marginalized people for a world where there’s no distinction between those who help and those who receive.“
Meanwhile, actress Go Min Si is receiving a lot of attention from the public ahead of the release of “Sweet Home” season 2 and the movie “Smugglers”.
