In a new video uploaded to her personal YouTube channel titled “Go Joon Hee’s Rapid Weight Loss Routine: How I Lost 3kg in Just Three Days!”, the 175cm-tall star revealed her body composition results for the first time since her debut. Despite maintaining a slim figure at 58kg, Go admitted she gained some weight after the Chuseok holiday and decided to shed it quickly.
To lose the weight, Go Joon Hee adopted a strict routine combining a 14-hour fasting window, low-carb, low-sodium meals, and intense daily exercise. She began each morning by drinking a mix of salt water, olive oil, and lemon juice, explaining that it helps detoxify the body.
Her workout plan included two hours of Pilates and flying yoga, along with additional training sessions. “When I’m dieting, I try to move as much as possible,” she said. “When I shot my underwear pictorial, I worked out three times a day — ballet, personal training, yoga, Pilates, boxing, and swimming.”
To boost results, Go incorporated gua sha (scraping) massage, including chest massages, which her therapist claimed helps reduce fat around the upper body and side breasts.

After three days, Go Joon Hee returned for another body scan — and the results were striking. She had dropped from 58kg to 55.9kg, losing nearly 3kg in just three days.
Her fans praised her dedication and discipline, noting that her balanced approach — focused on consistent exercise, clean eating, and body care — reflects her long-standing reputation as one of Korea’s most elegant fashion icons.
