Girls’ Generation Choi Soo-young got freaked out receiving this “one” message from fitness trainer Yang Chi-seung

Actress-singer Soo-young (Choi Soo-young) was shocked at the message sent by Yang Chi-seung.

Choi Soo-young posted a photo on her Instagram Story on May 20th along with the caption “Let’s run away”.

The released photo shows Soo-young’s conversation with fitness trainer Yang Chi-seung. In particular, Choi Soo-young suggested an exercise routine, saying, “Tue: shoulder, Wed: lower body, Thu: back, Fri: humanly taking a rest, Sat: chest and arms”.

Then fitness trainer Yang Chi-seung replied with his workout plan, saying, “Mon: chest – shoulder – arms – abs – aerobic, Tue: back – entire body – abs – aerobic, Wed: lower body – abs – aerobic, Thu: chest – shoulder – arms – abs – aerobic, Fri: back – entire body – abs – aerobic, Sat: lower body – abs – aerobic”.

Seeing this plan, Choi Soo-young got freaked out and exclaimed “Let’s run away”, drawing laughter.

Meanwhile, Soo-young’s group Girls’ Generation will release a new album to commemorate their 15th debut anniversary this August.
