Girl group FIFTY FIFTY set a new record on Spotify with 34.3 million monthly listeners.
According to Spotify on May 19th, girl group FIFTY FIFTY has become the K-pop girl group in Spotify’s history with the highest number of monthly listeners, 34,307,590. This broke BLACKPINK’s previous set record of 34,123,272 monthly listeners on September 26th, 2022.
Earlier on May 7th, the ATTRAKT girl group racked up more than 30 million monthly listeners around the world 170 days after their debut, becoming the fastest K-pop girl group to do so.
In addition, FIFTY FIFTY’s “CUPID (Twin Ver.)” is breaking its own record by being the longest-charting song by a K-pop girl group in the Top 10 of Spotify’s Daily Global Chart.
Moreover, the girl group is also the longest-charting girl group on Billboard’s Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks at 17th place. FIFTY FIFTY’s “CUPID” is also ranked 11th in the UK’s Official Singles Top 100 released on May 19th (local time), falling three places from last week.
