Like the slogan “Harmony from Discord”, the four members, including Korea’s famous creators Chodan (Q), Magenta (W), TikToker with 4.1 million followers HINA (E) and Japanese idol group NMB48 member Siyeon (R), gathered under the name QWER and created beautiful harmonies together.

The fast and energetic title song “Discord”, which has a cheerful guitar riff and witty lyrics, delivers QWER’s confident message that they will captivate people with their overwhelming charms. The music video for the song also depicts the story of how the four members changed their jobs to become QWER. Moreover, the album has a total of 5 songs containing the members’ charms and diverse musicality. Chodan and Siyeon also participated in the production of the tracks.

At the showcase, QWER members took turns expressing feelings about their debut. The girls looked nervous but showed strong determination to work hard and prove themselves. Regarding QWER, producer Kim Gye-ran said, “Many people may think they’re a project group, but that’s not true. We’re preparing for our first, second, and even third albums.”

When asked about the process of creating QWER, Kim Gye-ran shared, “When carrying out this project, I focused on the members’ condition management and health. We created all the possible environments to ensure the members’ welfare and condition. Some of them are new to the training system, so we worked hard together through one-on-one courses, as well as other classes for their development”.

Kim Gye-ran continued, “I hope that there will be an opportunity for the group to showcase their cool music and receive attention from the public. The members will try to show their new aspects every time in their own way.”

HINA selected Redwings as the group’s role model. Regarding QWER’s goal, Chodan said, “We want to continue doing music for a long time, not as a one-time project. We hope to appear on music shows one day”.
