(G)I-DLE’s Yuqi once again proves she is an ELF.
Yuqi of (G)I-DLE shared several photos taken at the concert venue of Super Junior on July 17th with the caption, “I went to Super Show today with honor.”
She continued, “I was so moved when they called me by my name at the concert. I always looked at them as a fan from below the stage. It’s so amazing that I also became a singer and now stand on stage too.”
Yuqi added, “I wanted to become a singer while watching Super Junior sunbaenims. I thought it was a dream when they called my name at today’s concert. I want to work harder and stand on stage for a long time like Super Junior sunbaenims. I want to go with the members for a long time.”
Yuqi went on to express her gratitude for Super Junior, saying, “They helped me achieve my dream, and today my dream also came true, so I will work harder in the future. I will try my best to become a junior that sunbaenims can be proud of.”
Yuqi appeared on XtvN’s “Super TV Season 2”, which aired in 2015, and revealed that she has been a fan of Super Junior since middle school.
Meanwhile, Super Junior successfully held 3 shows of their Seoul concert as part of the ‘SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR – SUPER SHOW 9: ROAD’ at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium from July 15th to July 17th.
Besides Yuqi, Super Junior’s concert was also attended by Red Velvet’s Irene, singers Bae Dahae and Lee Jangwon.
