The February 2nd broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “The Seasons – Lee Hyo-ri’s Red Carpet” featured the guest appearances of Park Myung-soo, Lee Jung-ha, MeloMance’s Kim Min-seok, and (G)I-DLE.
While talking with (G)I-DLE, Lee Hyo-ri said, “I heard there was ‘Lee Hyo-ri of CUBE’ during your trainee days”. In response, Yuqi said, “When first became a trainee, the vocal teacher recommended many songs by senior Lee Hyo-ri to me.” Yuqi revealed that it was because her voice sounded similar to Lee Hyo-ri’s.
Yuqi added, “Among them, there was the song ‘Black’. I sang it a lot that even the members felt annoyed”, then presented a live performance of “Black”.
Meanwhile, “Lee Hyo-ri’s Red Carpet” airs every Friday at 10 p.m.
