On February 9th, Miyeon released a series of photos on Instagram showing her transformation with a concise caption using emojis. The released photos showed Miyeon in black and short hair. With a light layer, Miyeon radiated a lively charm. Bright and friendly gazes along with hand kisses added to her loveliness.
The dark, short hairdo was a major turn for Miyeon when fans were only familiar with her image in long hair and bright color. In the post, idol friends commented and praised her new look. Her groupmate Soyeon praised her beauty by saying, “You are pretty,” while TWICE Sana could not hide her surprise and said, “Miyeon really looks like me today. We really look like each other.
