KBS2’s “Entertainment Weekly Live,” which aired on November 12th, released the chart of “Stars Living in the Top Luxurious Apartments”. G-Dragon, who lives in Nine One Hannam, Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, was named No.5 on the list. Nine One Hannam consists of a total of nine buildings, from the 5th basement floor to the 9th floors, and boasts high-end community facilities that only its residents can enjoy.

It includes breakfast services cooked by famous hotel chefs, fitness, basketball courts, swimming pools and golf fields. Here, G-Dragon lives in a 231.4 m2 penthouse, which is worth 9 billion won. The monthly maintenance fee alone is 1.09 million won, which is 13 million won per year. G-Dragon chose this place as his home because it was optimized for privacy protection, such as private garages and elevators that are only provided in double floor apartments and penthouses.

G-Dragon used to say on SBS’s “Thank You,” “When I was young, I hated eating out with my family. As soon as I opened the restaurant’s door, I could see the pouring gaze, and even if they didn’t look at it much, I felt for no reason like they were looking at me. I didn’t know if the food went into my nose or mouth,” he shared about his scare of the public’s eyes as a celebrity. He made a “flex” about an ultra-high-priced penthouse being his own space. In addition to G-Dragon, actors Song Joong-ki, Lee Jong-suk, BTS RM, Jimin, and Jang Yoon-jung are known to be also living in Hannam.
