Singer G-Dragon commented on the performance of people parodying him and Taeyang at the recent Waterbomb festival.
The 2023 Waterbomb Seoul festival was recently held at Jamsil Sports Complex in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
At the event, two people named themselves GGD and Taeyangin and parodied a performance of G-Dragon and Taeyang, who carried out unit activities in 2014.
Presenting a stage of “GOOD BOY”, GGD and Taeyangin did the point choreography perfectly. In particular, they drew laughter by precisely imitating the unique vibe and shoulder dance of G-Dragon.
Videos of the stage by GGD and Taeyangin spread widely on online communities and social media. Many netizens even jokingly commented, “G-Dragon X Taeyang heat up the Waterbomb with ‘Good Boy’”.
G-Dragon also encountered the video by chance so he reposted it on his Instagram account on the 27th and commented, “It’s. all. because of you. Everyone…”, then tagged Taeyang’s Instagram account.
He also added some clapping emoticons to show his respect and support for GGD and Taeyangin’s activities.
In the meantime, GGD and Taeyangin are the characters created by Kim Hae Joon and Choi Ji Yong. It all started when Kim Hae Joon imitated Taeyang’s famous meme “Everyone~ I missed you”. Choi Ji Yong then joined the cosplay by copying the style of G-Dragon.
