f(x) Luna “I’m not going to live like I did when I was an idol”

f(x) Luna, who confessed her mental illness, is hypnotizing and encouraging herself.

On August 29th, f(x) Luna posted a long piece of writing on her Instagram with the tag “Let’s love me♥”.

Luna said, “When I’m so afraid of being alone because I love ‘together’, it seems that the time comes when I really have to stand up on my own.”

She encouraged herself, “I can’t write it all down because it’s a night with so many thoughts, but it’s time to really focus on myself. I’ve been let go of myself with a mental illness for too long, so now I have to stand up. I’ll endure any obstacles. I can do it.”

She looked back on the past, “I was too young and insufficient to break ‘prejudice’. I had to work harder, do better, be perfect and be strong to meet their standards.”

She added, “Now I want to acknowledge myself rather than someone else’s approval.”

Finally, she hypnotized herself, “I was always a person who loved me so much and did my best to acknowledge me. While I was active as an idol, I seem to have worked hard to death because I wanted to be recognized by others. I’m not going to live like that anymore.”

In response to fans’ cheering, Luna commented, “I cry and laugh because I always have my fans. Thank you. It’s great that I’m not alone tonight.”

On August 24th, Luna confessed on her Instagram that it was difficult to even stand on stage due to depression and panic disorder for 3 years. Shortly after posting, the contents related to panic disorder and depression were deleted.
