FT Island’s ex-member Oh Won-bin confessed to having got married and is a father of a 2-year-old

Oh Won-bin from FT Island is getting married.    

Oh Won-bin said on his SNS, “I’m getting married,” adding, “At a time when the pandemic was in full swing, a precious life has quietly come to us,” announcing both his marriage and his wife’s childbirth.

Oh Won-bin confessed the pain of having his child being born to this world without a wedding ceremony, saying, “We haven’t had the ceremony yet, but I’m happy to be with this little life Leo (his pet dog who has passed away) has sent me,” adding, “I feel like I’m hiding all of this because of my circumstances. I feel sorry for the child and everyone.”

As for his wife, he said, “We have known each other for a long time, since I was 17 years old. She has seen a lot of my hard times, and she has always been there for me when I was in trouble during the recent years,” he said. “She’s an acting teacher, so I’ve been helped a lot by her in many ways. Now, I’m really grateful that even if we haven’t had the ceremony yet, even if I can’t post my dating photos or my children’s photos on my personal SNS, this person always stay by my side without complaining.”

After leaving FT Island, he turned into an actor, and said, “As I finished my enlistment, my break was getting longer and longer, and as I was thinking about what to do with my return due to the influence of the pandemic, a new life has come to us.”

Oh Won-bin debuted in the music industry as a member of FT Island in 2007 and left the team in 2009. Since then, he has worked as a solo singer and actor.
