fromis_9 criticized for saying this at the start of a live broadcast because they didn’t know it was on

Girl group fromis_9 has been embroiled in controversy over its remarks. 

In a live broadcast through V LIVE on February 12th, fromis_9 members said, “I’m sick and tired of it” and “I want to go home quickly” at the start of the show because they didn’t know it was on. Soon, the members noticed they were live and greeted the fans with a bright voice.

fromis_9 is a nine-member girl group formed through Mnet’s survival audition program “Idol School,” including Park Ji-won, Jang Gyu-ri, Song Ha-young, Noh Ji-sun, Lee Chae-young, Lee Saerom, Lee Na-kyung, Baek Ji-heon, and Lee Seo-yeon. 

“Idol School” is a controversial program with ranking manipulation controversy. Netizens are responding to fromis_9’s remarks, such as “I don’t like this group from the beginning,” “Why do you make such remarks on V-app where you communicate with fans, it was not even your official schedules?” and “Their fans must be heartbroken.“
