As one of the standout contestants from the Mnet survival show “Produce 48”, Kang Hye-won secured 8th place overall and debuted as part of the lineup for girl group IZ*ONE. A lot of fans are thus upset at the “unfair negativity” directed at Kang Hye-won, who has not promoted as an idol for a long time. According to fans, it is natural that the idol-actress is not going all out since the dance segment is just meant to be for fun, and explained that Hye-won has been out of practice.
In addition, many non-fans are also defending Kang Hye-won against the “lazy dancing accusations”, agreeing that it’s unfair to judge her abilities based on fun dance covers, especially now that she’s working as an actress.
