Former IOI member Kim So Hye to reportedly return in a new drama after being inactive for a while
Fans are likely to see actress Kim So Hye on the screen again.
As reported by Star News on September 21st, former IOI member and actress Kim So Hye received an offer to appear in KBS’s new drama “Pure Boxer” and is positively reviewing it.
According to reports, “Pure Boxer” is a drama based on the novel “Pure Boxer Lee Kwon Suk“. Actor Lee Sang Yeop is currently considered for the male lead.
If her appearance is confirmed, Kim So Hye will return to the small screen after about 9 months since Kakao TV’s original series “Her Bucket List” ended in December last year. In February, she played an active role as the lead actor in the theatrical play “Excuse me…” and drew much attention.
Meanwhile, Kim So Hye made her debut as a member of the project girl group IOI after competing in Mnet’s survival show “Produce 101” in 2016. After IOI disbanded, she turned into an actress and starred in dramas such as “How To Buy A Friend”, “The Best Chicken”, “Unexpected Heroes”, and the movies “Moonlit Winter” and “Guimoon”.
