Following SM and JYP, YG donated 500 million won to the victims of wildfires

“We hope it will be of some help”, said YG.

Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on March 10th that YG Entertainment had donated 500 million won to support the victims of forest fires in Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Samcheok, Gangwon-do.

According to Hope Bridge, YG Entertainment made a donation to help victims from wildfires get back up and return to their daily life, saying, “We hope that it will be of some help to the affected neighbors.”

YG Entertainment and its artists have shared the pain with the people through many large and small donations in addition to supporting the damage from the wildfires.

In February, YG Entertainment and Sean practiced various donation activities by donating briquettes and volunteering. BLACKPINK, WINNER’s Kim Jin-woo, and actress Yoo In-na also participated in the donations through Hope Bridge to add strength to damage recovery from wildfires and heavy rains.
