They claimed, “In the decision, the court judged that ‘Regarding matters such as ‘the accounting structure related to import of album and sound source, undisclosed details regarding the prepayments made by the sound source distribution company for FIFTY FIFTY’s production, whether the CEO breached his duties, etc., it is deemed necessary to address them during the main trial proceedings’. This issue is also a result of the legal representative’s application for resumption of examination, which can be seen as a request for an opportunity to present evidence.

They added, “Apart from the immediate appeal, we plan to initiate the main lawsuit proceedings concerning the aforementioned matters in the near future.”

On August 28th, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 50 dismissed FIFTY FIFTY’s request to suspend their exclusive contracts with Attrakt. FIFTY FIFTY claimed that they could no longer continue exclusive contracts due to Attrakt’s violation of the obligation to provide settlement data transparently and faithfully, violation of the members’ physical and mental health care obligations and lack of support for entertainment activities, but the court did not accept.

Regarding this, Attrakt’s CEO Jeon Hong Joon shared, “I haven’t had a comfortable day for the past two months, but when I saw the court’s decision, my unjust feelings faded to some extent. I still want the members to come back.
