“Father of two kids” EXO’s Chen releases a singing video for the first time after two years

EXO Chen, who has just returned to the arms of his fans after fulfilling military service last month, presented fans with a sweet song.

On May 11th, Chen uploaded a video of him singing the song “Hold You Tight” on his Youtube channel. 

“Hold You Tight” is a song like a romantic confession that Chen released in October 2019. The lyrics are really beautiful as they contain Chen’s affection for the people he loves.

Revealing a video for the first time in two years, Chen captivated fans’ hearts with his sweet voice. Known to have an excellent sense of rhythm, Chen not only impressed everyone with his high notes but also drew attention to the way he delivers empathy throughout the song.

With this perfect performance, Chen is raising fans’ expectations for his active activities in the future.

Chen, who has not met fans for such a long time due to his enlistment, is scheduled to join SMTown Concert in Tokyo this August. Fans who have missed Chen’s voice and his stages are showing explosive responses. 

Meanwhile, Chen announced the news of his marriage and his wife’s pregnancy at the same time in January 2022. He later reported on his child’s birth in April of the same year. Chen’s sudden announcement shocked fans and netizens but he still received lots of congratulations.

Chen enlisted in the military in October 2020. He continued to deliver the news of his wife’s second pregnancy while he was still serving in the army in January this year.
