“Fantasy Boys” is the 2nd season of “My Teenage Girl”, an audition show that concluded in February last year and created the girl group CLASS:y.

This time, members for a new boy group will be selected in “Fantasy Boys”. Similar to the previous season, Funky Studio will be in charge of the production, while PD Han Dong Chul, who directed several hit survival programs such as “Show Me the Money”, “Unpretty Rap Star”, and “Produce 101” during his time at Mnet, will take the megaphone.

Meanwhile, CLASS:y, which was formed through “My Teenage Girl”, released a single in Japan in June 2022, about a month after their debut. They have been drawing attention since entering the Japanese music market.

Now, in the case of “Fantasy Boys”, it is expected that Japanese media and Kpop fans’ interest in the contestants and the debut group will be amplified with the simultaneous broadcast in Japan.

On the other hand, TVXQ Choi Changmin will host “Fantasy Boys”, while 2PM Wooyoung, former B1A4 Jinyoung, WINNER Kang Seungyoon, and (G)I-DLE Soyeon will take on the role of producers and mentors, who will assist the participants’ growth.
