The “KBS Song Festival” was decorated with a Y2K aesthetic that combined features of Generation X and Generation MZ. The girl group collaboration stages filled the “KBS Song Festival” with 2000s feels.
aespa Karina particularly drew attention with a starkly dark eye makeup that has received mixed opinions from viewers.
Fans showed mixed reactions to Karina’s makeup
Due to darker eye makeup than usual and a contrasting bright pink blush on her cheek, some netizens could not take in her look and responded, “The makeup is too much” and “The makeup ruined everything.”
On the contrary, however, another group of netizens stated that the makeup did not “feel strange” and that “It looks good on you (Karina).”
