Fans shocked to see the dangerous stage setup for Winter at aespa’s Tokyo Dome concert

Fans of the girl group aespa raised concerns over the stage setting for member Winter at a recent concert in Japan.

On August 5th, aepsa successfully completed the first day of “aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 ‘SYNK: HYPERLINE – Special Edition” at Tokyo Dome, Japan.

As such, aespa became the fastest overseas artist to enter Tokyo Dome in Japan, the dream stage of many idols. They brought about spectacular performances and received enthusiastic cheers from fans.

aespa presented various concepts with colorful costumes, not allowing the audience to take their eyes off them. The members also captivated overseas fans by introducing their charms through new solo and unit stages.

After the concert, many reviews about aespa’s Tokyo Dome concert were posted on social media and online communities. Among them, one picture drew particular attention.

The photo shows aespa singing while wearing school uniforms to give off a girl crush vibe. Apart from the members’ beautiful visuals on the screen, Winter and the place where she stood to sing caught the eyes of fans.

In fact, Winter had to stand on the top of a very high tower and a narrow stage so that fans from afar could see her.

Seeing Winter standing at a high place without any safety devices, such as wires, fans voiced concerns. They commented, “It’s the first time I’ve seen a stage like this”, “It was too dangerous”, “Winter must have been really scared”, etc.

Meanwhile, aespa will continue to perform the second day of their Tokyo Dome concert today (August 6th). Afterward, the group will release their new English single “Better Things” on the 18th.
