Recently, Weverse Magazine shared an article celebrating the song. Among the praises, the article briefly touched upon RM’s aspiration for the song, drawing from BTS’s book “Beyond the Story.”
However, it notably failed to acknowledge RM’s contributions beyond this mention. This was the only mention of RM throughout the entire article.

The oversight ignited frustration among not only ARMYs but also general listeners. Many felt that HYBE and Weverse had undermined RM’s role in the creation of “Spring Day.”
Fans took to social media to express RM’s integral part in its success of “Spring Day”. Fingers were pointed at HYBE for what fans believed to be a lack of oversight in content curation.
