Famous Japanese actor reportedly attempted to open illegal adult entertainment establishment

It has been revealed that famous Japanese actor Jun Kaname (42) attempted to open an illegal adult entertainment establishment.

Japanese media outlet Shūkan Bunshun reported on August 3rd that Jun Kaname planned to open an illegal adult entertainment establishment.

An insider from the entertainment industry said in an interview with Shūkan Bunshun, “In 2021, Jun Kaname attempted to open an adult entertainment establishment as a side job using his manager A’s name. On the surface, it is a massage shop, but it is actually an illegal adult entertainment establishment. Through A, he purchased adult products and placed them in the rooms.“

Jun Kaname explained, “It is true that I tried to run that establishment, but it would not be against the law. Creating an advertising website without reporting is a problem of lack of awareness.”
