Heo Young-saeng, a member of popular idol group SS501, suddenly confessed that he underwent surgery.

On Nov 3rd, Heo Young-saeng wrote on his Instagram, “Thank you for wishing me a happy birthday.” This post was uploaded because it was Heo Young-saeng’s birthday.

Then he confessed, “I’ve been resting for 2 months after lumbar disc surgery. I’m looking forward to seeing you again in good health.”

Seeing this, fans wished Heo Young-saeng a happy birthday as well as comforted him, who is recovering after surgery. Member Kim Kyu-jong also left a comment saying, “Congratulations.”

Earlier in August, Heo Young-saeng stopped Instagram activities with the post “One day when it rained”. However, even when he stopped SNS activities, he continued to communicate through V LIVE, showing extraordinary affection for fans.

Heo Young-saeng debuted as a member of boy group SS501 in 2005 and began his solo career in 2011. Last May, he released a single called “Don’t Forget You”.
