Actor Kang Ha Neul, nicknamed the “Moving Story Generator”, shared some interesting anecdotes during his recent appearance on the YouTube channel “Channel 15ya”
During the interview, Kang Ha Neul discussed how he’s known as one of the “Three Legendary Nice Guys” in the entertainment industry, alongside Yoo Jae Suk and Park Bo Gum. The host jokingly asked if he remembers all the staff members’ names on set, to which Kang Ha Neul replied that it’s not possible to remember everyone’s names and that it’s more about getting to know the staff members he works closely with.
He explained that while working on set, there are situations where he needs to make requests or give instructions to staff members, and calling them by their names is more respectful than just saying “hey” or “you there”. However, he clarified that he doesn’t set out to remember everyone’s names and doesn’t think he needs to.
The interview also touched on an anecdote about Kang Ha Neul giving allowances to staff members on set. He mentioned that he couldn’t remember exactly when this happened, but he has occasionally given some allowances to staff members. When asked whether he gives a lot, he said it’s not a significant amount, and he tries to give it without making people feel uncomfortable.
Kang Ha Neul shared his perspective on being the youngest on set, saying that it can be challenging because you’re more conscious of your actions and can feel nervous. He mentioned that giving allowances is a way to show support and ease some of the burdens for the youngest members.
The host also brought up an incident during Kang Ha Neul’s appearance on the variety show “Youth over flowers”, where he gifted an air conditioner to a staff member working part-time at a café as this staff member didn’t have an air conditioner at their house. Kang Ha Neul confirmed that he did provide the air conditioner as a small gesture of kindness.

It revolves around a couple suffering from amnesia due to an unexpected accident, 30 days before the end of their marriage.
