EXO’s Suho Is Reportedly Reviewing Casting Offer For His First Historical Drama

EXO’s leader Suho will challenge a historical drama for the first time

On September 22nd, SM Entertainment official told to OSEN, “Suho received an offer from the production team of ‘Crown Prince Has Disappeared’ and is positively reviewing it”.

“Crown Prince Has Disappeared” (literal title) is a romantic historical drama that begins when the Crown Prince gets kidnapped by the woman who will become the Crown Prince’s wife.

It is a new work by screenwriters Kim Ji-soo and Park Chul of the drama “Bossam: Steal the Fate” that recorded the highest rating record on MBN. In particular, Suho is considering the offer to appear in the drama as the Crown Prince who gets kidnapped.

Making his debut as the leader of the boy group EXO, Suho started acting in the 2016 movie “Glory Day”. In fact, he has acted in an MBN drama before, which was “Rich Man”, in 2016. He recently starred in the opening of tvN’s Sat-Sun drama “Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon” and greeted viewers through JTBC’s Sat-Sun drama “Beyond Your Touch”.

As a result, if Suho agrees to “Crown Prince Has Disappeared” casting offer, he is expected to continue acting in earnest. Moreover, fans are also raising high expectations as this will be Suho’s first historical drama.
