BTS’s Suga bid farewell to fans ahead of his military enlistment
In the early morning of Sep 22nd, Suga left a message on the fan platform application Weverse.
Last year, Suga received a public service worker verdict. He will begin basic military training today (Sep 22nd) and fulfill his military duty after completing training.
Suga said, “Hello, this is Suga. I came to say goodbye! Thanks to ARMY, I’ve safely come this far. And now, it’s finally time. I’ll come back after faithfully completing the service.”
Earlier, on Sep 21st, BTS’s agency Big Hit Music stated, “We have completed the board resolution for the re-signing of the exclusive contract for 7 members of BTS.” Leader RM also expressed his clear willingness to renew the contract by posting a picture of the contract on SNS. Suga added “Be careful of the chilly autumn weather. Let’s all stay healthy and see each other in 2025!“, promising BTS’s full-group activities.
Finally, Suga expressed his love for fans, “ARMY! I’m always grateful and I love you.“
