Nevertheless, news of D.O.’s departure was soon confirmed. SM Entertainment officially announced on the 18th that “D.O.’s exclusive contract will end in early November. He has discussed continuing his activities with EXO alongside SM, while his acting and personal activities will be carried out through a newly established company by his former manager.”
