EXO’s LAY to release global album in April “Active in Korea as well”

EXO's LAY ZHANG will release a solo album worldwide in April and plans to continue album activities in Korea as well

LAY is a versatile artist with skills ranging from singer-songwriter, producer, actor to dancer. He has sold over 10 million copies to date and made significant achievements such as being the first Chinese singer to enter the top 25 of the “Billboard 200” chart with his US debut album “NAMANANA” and topping the World Albums chart for two consecutive weeks.

Additionally, he rose to stardom as a leading actor in the blockbuster film “No More Bets”, which grossed over $400 million at the box office. He also collaborated with globally recognized figures like DJ Steve Aoki and pop star Jason Derulo, establishing himself as a global star.

Recently, LAY has been proving his influence through active global activities. In February, he released the collaboration single “RUN BACK TO YOU” with American pop star Lauv, followed by his first solo fan meeting “BURNING HEART” in Japan. He also drew attention in Korea by releasing a remake of H.O.T’s Jang Woo-hyuk’s “Sun That Never Sets”.

Amidst announcing his global comeback in April, LAY is raising expectations by stating that he will release a Korean version of this time’s album. Furthermore, he plans to engage closely with fans by participating in Korean music broadcasts and various activities.

Meanwhile, LAY’s activities in Korea will be supported by n.CH Entertainment, led by producer Jung Chang-hwan, whom he has ties with through SM Entertainment.
