EXO Suho thanks fans for TTA Indonesia 1st place, “I will meet you in person someday and say thank you”

Boy group EXO ranked first in Indonesia at the 8th TOP TEN AWARDS (hereinafter referred to as TTA).

The 8th TOP TEN AWARDS (TTA), hosted by Ten Asia, is an event that aims to select the best global artist in the first half of 2022, and was held under the slogan “The Hottest K-POP WAVE, TTA”.

From August 17th to 30th, TTA preliminary voting was held in 10 countries including Korea, the United States, China, Japan, UK, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Out of the 10 nations, boy group EXO won first place in Indonesia.

As the leader of the group, EXO Suho expressed his feelings on behalf of EXO. In particular, Suho said to Ten Asia, “EXO ranked first in Indonesia. I sincerely thank all the Indonesian EXO-Ls for their hard support.”

He also added, “We are meeting through the screen right now, but it would be great if we could meet and greet in person someday. Please wait a little longer, and please look forward to EXO’s activities in the future.”

EXO is currently in the process of doing their mandatory military service, with Xiumin, D.O. Suho, Chen, and Chanyeol having finished their enlistment. Baekhyun is still in the military, while Kai and Sehun are set to enlist in the near future.

EXO’s last special album “DON’T FIGHT THE FEELING”, which was released before military service, became the group’s sixth “million seller” by selling 1,089,681 copies within a week of release.

Starting with their first full-length album in 2013, EXO’s second full-length album “EXODUS” and second-album repackage also set million-seller records. They continuously sell over 1 million of physical copines with the release of their 3rd full album “EX’ACT”, 4th album “THE WAR”, and 5th album “DON’T MESS UP MY TEMPO”.
