EXID reunites after 3 years + to release new album “X” to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary

EXID announced a full-group comeback with a new album after 3 years.

EXID members directly announced the news of their comeback as a whole through a live broadcast on September 7th. Specifically, EXID will release a new album titled “X” to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut.

“X” contains three songs, including the title track “Fire”, “I Don’t Know”, and “LEGGO”, which is the same name as EXID’s fandom name.

During the broadcast, Hyelin said, “Since it’s an album that marks the 10th anniversary of our debut, we decided to name it ‘X’, which means ’10’ in Greek. And there is also ‘X’ in our name.”

Leader Solji emphasized, “This is a gift for our fans LEGGO. We prepared it while thinking this is a collaboration between us and the fans, not the ‘X’ of ‘No’.”

Solji is delighted with EXID having a full-group comeback. She added, “We’re so excited to be promoting as a whole group for the first time in three years, and I’m looking forward to seeing how much fans will enjoy it.”

EXID succeeded in climbing back up on the charts with the hit “Up and Down” released in 2014, and enjoyed huge popularity. Since the members signed with different agencies, the group activities have been greatly reduced. However, thanks to their strong will to promote together as EXID, the members are united after 3 years, raising expectations. Currently, EXID members are active in various fields such as acting and variety under their respective agencies.
