The case has drawn attention due to Jesse Lingard’s past legal troubles in the UK. Approximately a year ago, Jesse Lingard was fined around 100 million KRW (approximately 75,457 USD) for offenses related to drunk driving and speeding. As a result of these violations, he was also given an 18-month driving suspension. This suspension has not yet expired, which means Jesse Lingard is currently without a valid driving license.

Jesse Lingard had initially posted images of himself on the electric scooter on social media, but these were later removed following the emergence of the investigation. The Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which has initiated a pre-investigation into the matter, confirmed that Jesse Lingard was not wearing any safety gear at the time. The authorities are also examining whether alcohol played a role in the incident.

In related news, the driving behavior of another high-profile celebrity, Suga from BTS, has also sparked controversy. Recently, Suga was involved in a scandal concerning his driving habits. Reports have emerged that Suga was caught driving recklessly, which has led to increased scrutiny of his actions. This development has put additional focus on the responsibilities and legal obligations of celebrities in the public eye, highlighting the importance of adhering to traffic laws and maintaining safety.

Both cases underscore the ongoing issues surrounding celebrity conduct and the need for accountability, especially when it comes to adhering to legal requirements and ensuring public safety.
