Even the mole under eyebrows…The synchronization between Jennie and Chanel’s “Jennie character”

Chanel unveiled the animation character of its ambassador BLACKPINK Jennie.

As part of the 2023 campaign for its fine jewelry “Coco Crush”, Chanel has been presenting animation videos featuring brand model Jennie, actresses Margaret Qualley and Amandla Stenberg as characters since Feb 12th.

Related contents are being released through the official website, Instagram and YouTube. Prior to Jennie, “Dear Destiny” featuring Amandla Stenberg and “Dear Goodbye” featuring Margaret Qualley were uploaded on Feb 12th and Feb 15th, respectively.

Jennie’s video “Dear Paris” contained Jennie’s animation character reproduced in 2D.

The character had Jennie’s characteristics, including long black straight hair, the mole between her eyes and eyebrows, and small yet thick lips. However, the overall image was somewhat different compared to Jennie in real life. In the video, Jennie rode a bike and roamed around Paris while wearing Chanel jewelry, giving off a free-spirited and intense atmosphere.

Coco Crush is a fine jewelry brand targeting the younger generation launched in 2015 by Chanel. All the stars in the videos released this time belong to “Generation Z” (born from the mid-1990s to the early 2010s), which emphasized the youthful atmosphere.
