“Don’t overact”… Choi Woo Sik and V fight over the maknae position on “Jinny’s Kitchen”

Choi Woo Sik fought with BTS V, who newly joined the cast as an intern, over the maknae position.

The first broadcast of tvN’s program “Jinny’s Kitchen” on February 24th showed PD Na Young Seok, Lee Seo Jin, Park Seo Joon, Jung Yoo Mi and Choi Woo Sik gathering to have a preliminary meeting without V (Kim Tae Hyung), who was busy with a concert schedule.

As soon as Choi Woo Sik appeared, PD Na Young Seok jokingly said, “You said you have been very busy these days, can you do this program? You may not be able to join”. Lee Seo Jin also played the same prank as if they had planned it before.

In addition, Lee Seo Jin said to Choi Woo Sik, who joined the team through “Youn’s Stay”, not “Youn’s Kitchen”, “This kid was from ‘Stay’. I don’t know. Forget about ‘Stay’”. Lee Seo Jin, who often plays around with Choi Woo Sik, had a conversation with V on the phone for the first time. He politely said, “What should I say to him?”, making everyone around laugh hard. Choi Woo Sik said, “If he joins us, he will be the youngest member”, insisting that V is the maknae. However, his comment was ignored by other members.

Four days later, the members had a meal with V. At this meeting, Choi Woo Sik once again insisted that he is no longer the youngest member. However, he couldn’t say a word after PD Na Young Seok said, “Isn’t V a senior who debuted around 2 days earlier than you?”.

V said, “I will get used to the program in 1-2 days. I’m taking Spanish and cooking lessons”, showing his determination and serious aspect as an intern. In response, Choi Woo Sik said, “Didn’t you hear what the boss (Lee Seo Jin) said earlier? Why are you doing that? Don’t overact”, drawing laughter as he was trying to keep intern V in check.

“Jinny’s Kitchen” members will run a restaurant in Bacalar, Mexico led by CEO Lee Seo Jin.
