On January 12, Danielle’s legal representative, the law firm HwaWoo, announced that Danielle will host a “Live Message” session at 7 p.m. KST today through her personal social media channels, where she will meet fans directly.

This live message is intended as a heartfelt moment for Danielle to personally greet and communicate with fans who have stood by her for a long time. The broadcast will be streamed live simultaneously on her personal YouTube channel and Instagram.

Through this session, Danielle plans to express her deep gratitude to domestic and international fans who have continued to show unwavering support and love, while also sharing updates about her current situation and asking fans how they are doing.

Her side emphasized, “This live broadcast is purely for sincere communication with fans and is not related to the ongoing lawsuit.”

Previously, an Instagram account believed to belong to Danielle began circulating across online communities. The account has drawn particular notice because it follows only one person: her older sister, Olivia Marsh, who is currently active as a solo singer.

During her time promoting with NewJeans, Danielle did not operate a personal SNS account outside of the official profiles managed by the agency. Because of this, fans are now suggesting that Danielle may be setting up an independent channel to communicate directly, as her return to group activities appears unlikely.

As of 7 a.m. on January 12, the account had already surpassed approximately 190,000 followers.

Meanwhile, ADOR announced last month the termination of Danielle’s exclusive contract. The agency stated, “In Danielle’s case, we determined that it would be difficult for her to continue as a NewJeans member and an ADOR artist, and therefore notified her today of the termination of her exclusive contract. Additionally, we plan to pursue legal responsibility against one member of Danielle’s family and former CEO Min Hee-jin, who bear significant responsibility for causing the current dispute and for NewJeans’ departure and delayed return.”

Regarding the lawsuit, ADOR added, “We plan to file a lawsuit seeking contractual penalties and damages against Danielle. While it is difficult to go into detail as legal procedures will follow, violations of the exclusive contract occurred, including entering into contracts that conflict with the existing agreement, engaging in independent entertainment activities, and actions that damaged the reputation and credibility of the company and NewJeans. Despite requests for correction, no remediation was made within the given period, leading to the termination.”
