D.O. (Do Kyungsoo) talks the income disparity between his activities as a member of EXO and his career as an actor
On September 24th, EXO D.O. (Do Kyungsoo) appeared as a guest on the web entertainment show ‘Kstar Next Door’.
As D.O. is actively engaged in both his idol activities with EXO and acting, he was asked, “Do Kyungsoo or D.O., which one do you prefer?” To this, he replied, “I like both, but if I had to choose one, it would be Do Kyungsoo because that’s who I am. I don’t differentiate D.O. since he’s also me.”
MC Jonathan then asked, “Which role earns more?” and D.O. honestly responded, “D.O. definitely earns more. It’s because D.O. has been active for a longer time.”
He also shared his thoughts on EXO’s comeback with their 7th full album ‘EXIST’ earlier in July of this year after 3 years and 8 months.
D.O. expressed, “It definitely felt like I was a returning student. I used to always be either the youngest or in the middle when we went to music shows, but this time, after nearly 4 years, I’m the senior,” and he laughed.
During a performance, he couldn’t find the ending camera and caused laughter, “It’s been a long time, and I suddenly had to do an ending fairy pose. It didn’t exist before. I absolutely couldn’t do it. It felt too awkward and cringe-worthy.”
