Crush, collaborate with SEVENTEEN Hoshi after BTS J-Hope? “I want to produce songs for some musicians”

Singer Crush met SEVENTEEN Hoshi.

Crush released episode 4 of the new concept drive talk show “BLACKVOX” on his official YouTube channel on Oct 21st.

The fourth guest who visited Crush that day was SEVENTEEN Hoshi. Crush personally contacted Hoshi, who performed the point choreography of “Rush Hour” on SEVENTEEN’s “Snap Shoot” stage, and invited him to “BLACKVOX”. Hoshi told Crush, “When you sent the DM, I was really surprised! I got that feeling at that time. ‘Ah! So this is how being successful feels like?'”

Hoshi created a warm atmosphere as he said, “When the song ‘Rush Hour’ finally came out, sure enough, I really wanted the song! I love the song so much. It’s my favorite song of the year.” Crush also expressed interest in Hoshi, mentioned his song “Spider” and asked about his work method. Hoshi replied, “Since I don’t really have the expertise in making songs, I tend to explain the song in my own way.”

Besides, Crush and Hoshi’s collaboration was also accomplished. When Crush said “Actually, since I make songs, I got to think ‘I want to produce songs for some musicians’ a lot these days”, Hoshi raised expectations by confessing, “I’m anxious to do it. The reason why I keep working on songs is that thirst for music. As a singer, I want to do something more. I want to discover some new side of myself.”

Meanwhile, Crush released his new single “Rush Hour (Feat. J-Hope of BTS)” on Sep 22nd and is continuing his active activities. Immediately after its release, the new song achieved global results, including No.1 on iTunes’ top songs chart in 41 regions, No.1 on US Billboard Chart’s “World Digital Song Sales”, No.4 on “Hot Trending Songs Powered by Twitter” and No.28 on “Digital Song Sales”. The music video with BTS J-Hope reached 28 million views.
