According to album distributors YG Plus and Universal Records on April 10, CORTIS’s second mini album GREENGREEN recorded a staggering 1,969,384 pre-orders as of April 9.

The figure comes only two weeks after pre-sales began on March 27, signaling extraordinary momentum for the fast-rising act.

In its first week alone, GREENGREEN surpassed 1.22 million pre-orders, followed by an additional 740,000 copies in the second week. The number already far exceeds the first-week sales performance of the group’s debut album COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, which sold 436,367 copies during its initial release period.

CORTIS has been steadily building one of the strongest fandom trajectories among fourth-generation K-pop acts. Their debut mini album previously surpassed 1 million cumulative sales within three months of release and crossed the 2 million mark in six months, according to Circle Chart data.

That achievement made CORTIS only the second K-pop group in history to turn a debut album into a double-million seller.

The group’s popularity is also expanding rapidly in digital metrics. On Spotify, the cumulative streaming count for all songs released by CORTIS has now surpassed 470 million streams globally.

Two standout tracks “GO!” and “FaSHioN” have each individually crossed 100 million streams, reinforcing the group’s strong international appeal.

Their social media influence continues to grow as well, with more than 10 million followers each on Instagram and TikTok.

Excitement surrounding GREENGREEN is especially evident on streaming platforms. The album has already recorded 657,000 Spotify pre-saves, landing at No. 3 on Spotify’s Global Countdown Chart as of April 9 ranking just behind new releases from Olivia Rodrigo and Noah Kahan.

GREENGREEN explores themes centered on what the group embraces and rejects, featuring six total tracks.

CORTIS will pre-release the title track “REDRED” on April 20, followed by release parties and promotional appearances on music programs.

Adding to their breakout year, CORTIS is also scheduled to perform this August at Lollapalooza Chicago, marking another major milestone in their growing international career.
