CORTIS is continuing its explosive rise in the global music market after achieving another impressive Billboard milestone less than a year after debut.
According to the latest Billboard charts dated May 16, the group’s title track “REDRED” from their second mini album GREENGREEN debuted at No. 17 on the prestigious Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. The achievement marks CORTIS’ first appearance on the chart since debuting in August 2025. It also makes them the first K-pop boy group debuting within the last five years to enter the ranking.

The Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart highlights songs that narrowly miss entering the main Hot 100 chart and is calculated using the same metrics, including streaming, radio airplay and sales performance.
Beyond that milestone, REDRED also continued climbing Billboard’s global rankings. The track rose to No. 43 on the Global 200 chart and No. 24 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, jumping 20 and 7 spots respectively compared to the previous week.
Meanwhile, the mini album GREENGREEN successfully entered the World Albums chart at No. 8, further solidifying the rookie group’s growing international presence.
CORTIS’ earlier release, COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, also continues to show remarkable longevity. The mini album has now spent 35 weeks on the World Albums chart, currently sitting at No. 6.

The group’s popularity is also evident on streaming platforms. According to Spotify data as of May 11, CORTIS has surpassed a combined 600 million streams across all released tracks. This includes songs from their debut album, their contribution to the GOAT soundtrack with “Mention Me”, and tracks from GREENGREEN.
Notably, the group reached 500 million streams just last month, meaning they accumulated another 100 million streams in only 20 days — a sign of rapidly accelerating global demand.
Industry observers have increasingly described CORTIS as one of HYBE’s strongest next-generation boy group projects due to the group’s fast-growing fandom and impressive international chart performance.

The rookie act previously attracted attention after their second mini album surpassed 2.3 million copies in first-week sales, although the achievement also sparked online debate regarding album bulk-buying culture within K-pop fandoms.
Despite ongoing discussions surrounding sales inflation in the industry, CORTIS continues to post strong digital numbers, global streaming growth and rising visibility across international platforms.
The group is now preparing to maintain momentum with additional promotional content, including the upcoming music video release for the B-side track “ACAI.”
