Controversy Erupts Over Allegations of aespa’s Mood Sampler Copying LE SSERAFIM’s Concept for New Album

Many netizens think that aespa is copying LE SSERAFIM

After SM Entertainment released the Mood Sampler for aespa’s song “Drama,” this video was perceived to have many similarities with the trailers of LE SSERAFIM. Controversy erupted within the fan communities of both groups, with aespa fans arguing that this approach was too common to be considered as merely drawing inspiration.

Specifically, many fans believe that the concept of “Drama” bears a resemblance to the music videos for LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” and “Unforgiven.”

However, aespa’s fans argue that this concept has been used in many other music videos and assert that aespa did not copy LE SSERAFIM.

Meanwhile, aespa is set to release their mini album “Drama” in November. This marks the group’s 4th mini album in their music career and also signifies aespa’s comeback since their album “My World,” which was released earlier this year.
