“Confession” Nana: “The movie is released two years after finished filming, my cheeks looked so chubby and young”

Actress Nana expressed her feelings about presenting a work she finished filming two years ago.

A press preview and press conference for the movie “Confession” was held at Lotte Cinema Konkuk University Entrance in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul at 2 p.m. today (Oct 18th). Director Yoon Jong-seok, who was in charge of directing the work, and actors So Ji-seop, Kim Yoon-jin, and Nana attended and talked about the movie.

Nana plays Kim Se-hee, who holds the decisive key to the incident in the drama. According to Yoo Min-ho’s statement, she had to express a Kim Se-hee who showed various faces and personalities, and delicately expressed completely opposite emotions in the same situation.

The movie finished filming two years ago, but its release was delayed due to the pandemic. In response, Kim Yoon-jin said, “We watched the movie for the first time today, and all three of us said that we were so young. Especially, I was a little dumbfounded because Nana said that she looked so young (compared to now).”

In response, Nana said, “My cheeks were very chubby,” adding, “At the time when we filmed the movie, it was fun, so I was greedy to be able to reveal it and show it to the audience as soon as possible. I was so sorry that we couldn’t do it at that time, but I think it’s right to reveal the movie at a safe time, so I think this is also a positive thing,” she said.

Meanwhile, “Confession” is a suspense thriller movie about a man who is the representative of a promising IT company but is the only suspect in a locked room murder case where his lover is killed overnight, and a 100% winning rate lawyer who has to exonerate him. The movie will be released on Oct 28th.
