Chinese fandom celebrates BTS Jimin’s birthday with overwhelming events

Fans’ support for BTS Jimin’s birthday (October 13th) is continuing

Jimin’s large Chinese fandom “JIMINBAR China” has organized numerous extensive support events in major cities in Korea, including Seoul and Busan, and various events in local cities and around the world such as New York and Tokyo to express their passionate fan spirit.

“JIMINBAR China” planned the “Starry Street” event at “Longfor Xingyue Hui”, a commercial and shopping area in Xi’an, China. From 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Jimin’s birthday (October 13th), they will continuously play Jimin’s video ads on one large outdoor screen and 43 auxiliary screens.

In 13 cities, including Beijing and Shanghai, CGV theaters will broadcast Jimin’s birthday commemorative video ads 120 times a day from October 8th to October 14th. From October 8th to October 22nd, offline photo booths will be available in 53 cities across China.

They also planned an offline random dance project matching Jimin’s signature solo songs like “Like Crazy”, “Set Me Free Pt.2”, “Lie”, “Serendipity” and “Filter”. This project took place from October 1st to October 3rd in 4 cities: Zigong, Qingyuan, Neijiang and Chengdu. From October 13th to October 15th, they will continue to show dance support and host a dance performance at Raffles Square in Chengdu.

In 11 cities in China, such as Hangzhou, Xi’an, Tianjin and Shanghai, they will conduct offline events where they will deliver Jimin’s first solo album “FACE” photocards, postcards, posters, cup holders and more.

“JIMINBAR China” previously showcased groundbreaking and fresh ideas, such as the first idol airplane exterior wrapping advertisement and the “Snowy October” project in the middle of Gangnam. This year, they continue to express their special affection by celebrating Jimin’s birthday with 21 different events.
