Amid the controversy over Cha Eun-woo’s alleged tax issues, attention has been focused on whether the release schedule would be affected. However, Netflix stated, “As previously announced at the beginning of the year, there are no changes to the planned Q2 release.”

Before his enlistment, Cha Eun-woo underwent a tax audit and was reportedly notified of additional income tax payments amounting to approximately 20 billion won. He is currently responding to the taxation process.

His agency, Fantagio, stated, “The matter is currently in the stage of verifying facts in accordance with the procedures of the tax authorities. Both the agency and the artist are cooperating diligently within the required scope of the investigation. Once legal and administrative judgments become clear, we will responsibly carry out any necessary actions based on the results.”
