Cha Eun Woo will lead “A Good Day to be a Dog” adapted from a popular webtoon.
According to multiple broadcasting officials, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo has recently been cast to play Jin Seo Won, the male lead in the webtoon-based drama “A Good Day to be a Dog” (written by Baek In Ah, directed by Kim Dae Woong).
“A Good Day to be a Dog” is based on the Naver webtoon of the same name, depicting the romance between Hana, a girl who is cursed into becoming a dog after having her first kiss, and Jin Seo Won, a man who is afraid of dogs.
“A Good Day to be a Dog” is a popular webtoon that was consistently No. 1 in Naver’s Sunday Webtoon rankings by maintaining a reader rating of 9.9 throughout the two-year serialization period thanks to its lovely characters and well-written story.
Jin Seo Won is a character who developed a fear of dogs because of something that happened during his childhood he couldn’t remember. Cha Eun Woo, who has shown growing acting skills through “True Beauty”, “My ID is Gangnam Beauty” and “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung”, raises viewers’ expectations for his performance this time.
