Earlier this year, Cha Eun-woo (26) and Kim Nam-joo (52) confirmed their appearance as leads in the drama ‘Wonderful World’ (working title). 

The unexpected combination of Cha Eun-woo and Kim Nam-joo, who have a huge age gap of 26 years old, has been turning heads. Many viewers are curious about their chemistry as a couple. 

‘Wonderful World’ is a thriller that revolves around Eun Soo-hyun (Kim Nam-joo), who unfairly lost her son, taking matters into her own hands to punish the perpetrator roaming free. 

Cha Eun-woo takes on the mysterious character Kwon Sun-yul, who chose a rough life after dropping out of medical school. Kwon Sun-yul encounters Soo-hyun. The two then intertwine as they heal each other’s wounds in the midst of loss.

Disney+ has already secured rights to exclusively distribute ‘Wonderful World’ for a whopping 82 billion won, raising expectations even more.

‘Wonderful World’ is set to air in the first half of 2024.
