Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung made a striking appearance at the Hong Kong High Court on the morning of December 8 for her second court hearing, showcasing her signature fashion sense.

Arriving around 8:30 a.m. in a seven-seater vehicle, the actress wore a camel-colored oversized suede coat paired with a matching shirt, coordinated boots, a dark face mask, and oversized sunglasses. She greeted reporters before entering the courtroom with her assistant.

According to HK01, Cheung appeared more composed compared to her visibly tense demeanor during the first court session on December 5. Her entourage was also noticeably smaller this time.

The lawsuit against Cheung was filed by her former manager Yu Yuk Hing and AEG Entertainment Group Limited, who are accusing her of breaching contract terms. The plaintiffs claim that Cecilia Cheung received a pre-payment of HKD 41.76 million for acting work she failed to deliver and breached her management agreement. They are seeking at least HKD 12.76 million in damages and are requesting a public disclosure of her income between May 2015 and July 2019.

Born in 1980, Cecilia Cheung rose to fame through hit films such as Shaolin Soccer, King of Comedy, and The Promise. She married actor Nicholas Tse in 2006 after a famously on-and-off relationship. The couple had two sons, Lucas (born 2007) and Quintus (born 2010), before divorcing.

In 2018, Cheung gave birth to her third son, Marcus, whose father’s identity remains undisclosed. She is currently a single mother raising her three children and continues to receive praise for her dedication both as an actress and a parent.
