Lee Hyori moved to Jeju after marrying Lee Sang-soon in September 2013. In July, she appeared on a YouTube channel and revealed that after 11 years, they plan to move back to Seoul.

At the time, she said, “I’m finally moving to Seoul in the second half of this year. It feels like the right time. I think my activities won’t be the same as before. The world has changed so much that I’m even considering whether I should try YouTube,” expressing her thoughts.

BTS’s J-Hope is also demonstrating his “young and rich” lifestyle. According to Biz Korea, J-Hope purchased a luxury penthouse unit at Apelbaum Hangang in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 12 billion won in cash in June. Then, in July, he bought an additional unit on the floor below.

J-Hope also paid for this unit entirely in cash without taking out a real estate mortgage. The current market value of high-rise units at Apelbaum Hangang is estimated to be around 11-12 billion won. As a result, it is assumed that J-Hope spent over 20 billion won in cash to purchase two apartments.

In addition to Apelbaum Hangang, J-Hope also owns two apartments at the Trimage complex in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. This brings his total luxury property holdings in Seoul to four.
